If you are having problems joining a group, it is probably because the email you tried to sign up with does not match the email where you received the invite. Your TeamSync account email must match the email that received the invitation, or you won't be able to access your group.
You can either create a new account or let the group creator know they need to resend the invitation to a different email address.
